The list of top supercomputers in June 2005 says:
The three top supercomputers of the world are placed in the United States. The manufacturer of six of the 10 top supercomputers is IBM while nobody else has more than one in the top 10. The oldest supercomputer between the top 10 is “Earth-Simulator”, made in Japan, 2002. Blue Gene is the winner of this competition without any doubt.
