 Latin music singer Anais has made it to number one on Billboard’s Hot Latin Tracks list with the song Lo Que Son Las Cosas — reaching twenty-four million listeners the week ending April 3rd.
The song, written by Luis Angel Marquez, is the first single release from Asi Soy Yo, the debut album of this singer from the Dominican Republic.
 The first cut from this album has five versions: ballad, reggaeton (with Voltio), Duranguense (with Alacranes Musical), salsa, and techno.
Asi Soy Yo gives music fans the best of Anais, produced by producer-composer Sergio George, who said: “She can dance, she’s good-looking, she has a spectacular voice.”
Anais is promoting her album in Puerto Rico where she is participating in Objetivo Fama. She won the show’s second season.
Anais is going to Germany, where she will be participating in the video taping for Arriba, Arriba, the official song of the 2006 World Cup, for the Univision Network in the United States, along with label mates Ana Barbara, Pablo Montero, and Mariana Seoane.
