It doesn’t matter that there are 2 years left to the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, the products related to this event are already being announced and that’s the case with this laptop.

Lenovo in partnership with CocaCola will create a special edition of the F20 laptop, what makes it special is the red colored cover with the the CocaCola and Olympic games logos. The specifications have also been announced and what I like the most is the battery life, by using Dual batteries it will last close to 9 hours.

New Data Driver from Supertex  

Supertex, a recognized leader in high voltage analog and mixed signal integrated circuits (ICs), today introduced the HV582, a low voltage to high voltage converter with 96 push-pull outputs, each capable of delivering source and sink current of 75mA at 90V. UXGA Resolution RGB Amplifier  

Linear Technology Corporation introduces the LT6557, the fastest triple video amplifier for single supply applications. The LT6557 features a wide output swing that extends to 0.8V of supply rails, making it the only wideband RGB amplifier capable of providing full video swing when operated from a 5V single supply. The LT6557’s -3dB bandwidth of 500MHz, fast slew rate of 2200V/us coupled with a quick 4ns settling time, enhances AC performance of the amplifier, resulting in sharper video images. In addition, the LT6557 has a 0.1dB gain flatness that extends to 120MHz, facilitating use over a wide range of video signals.
