The latest Mustang is ready to roar. The green Mustang will be on streets the same time as the 40th anniversary of the greatest cinematic car chase in history. Mustang Bullit has been made to look like Steve McQueen’s original down to every detail. Covered with highland green colour and devoid of any badges, scoops and spoilers the new Mustang Bullit looks just like the original Bullit. Ford has even tried to create the same exhaust note as the Bullit of 1968!
This Mustang will be on display during the LA Auto Show. Rolling on 18-inch wheels with dark-grey calipers, the Bullit is priced at $31,075. Only 7,700 instances will be built, all for North America. 700 of Bullits will go to Canada while the remaining will be sold in the USA.
